Unless you’re into fashion in a big way, you may not be familiar with Kit Neale. One of London’s most talented young designers, he’s developed a reputation with his sense of humour, bright prints and bold statement pieces which, admittedly, aren’t always to everyone’s tastes.

Neale has experience working with some of the fashion world’s top talent and his designs have appeared in prestigious stores including Harvey Nichols and Opening Ceremony, but now he’s turned his talents to the high street.

This autumn sees the release of his collaboration with Dune London, one of the UK’s best-known shoe stores, on a limited-edition collection of men’s shoes and accessories. Showcasing his playful and unique understanding of different colours, prints and patterns, the range includes ten different styles of men’s shoes.

Our top picks from the footwear line-up are the traditional Derby style shoes (£175, boots £185) with chunky soles and casual low-tops (£130) decorated in prints inspired by the seafood packaging that the designer spotted while shopping at London’s east Asian supermarkets.

Those designs run across the accessories in the collection, like the nylon  rucksack (£120), wash bag and passport wallets (both £65). dunelondon.com/kit-neale
